Backwater fishing in southwest Florida offers

of the most scenic as well. With large areas of unspoiled
"Mangrove Habitat " That serve as rookeries for the large bird
population (Herons, Egrets, osprey. Gulls, Spoonbills and
Pelicans Evan the mighty bald Eagle make an appearance once in a
while! The large bays with grass flats and oyster beds and its
narrow channels that makeup the backwater is home to a large
variety of game fish! Tarpon, Snook, Redfish and trout to name a
few of the species that make their home in this very special

craft to navigate these shallow waters. The use of a boat that
is known as a "Flats Boat" gives the angler a safe way to get around in this very special place! Our boat the "Teal II" is the perfect boat for the job! It can carry three passengers in comfort and has a Bait well system that really does the job! |
